Strengths: easy to mount, would fit on any handlebar, bike, bicycle, boat. Holds on well when riding road and gravel. Have not yet tested it on my other bike if it holds on jumps and MX track.

update: now i have two one for each bike
Weaknesses: cant think of any
Best uses: on bike I guess
fits well
fits great on my motorbike (yamaha XT 500), going to buy another one so I can also fit it to my other bike (yamaha WR250)
