Sunix's UTS1009 or UTS1009B is an USB to RS-232 adapter which offers the user serial port connections. The port have a data transfer rate up to 115 Kbps. does it job
Works out of the box, sometimes might need additional driver depending on your OS. Using Moschip which is more compatible with new windows versions. I am using mine to connect to my cars engine management system.
